BREATH THERAPY

What is breath therapy?

 

When we were born, our breath is fully open. That means, our life force energy (oxygen-breath) goes every cell in our body. We were so happy, vital, energetic (remember your daughters when they were baby). But in time, our breathing capacity closes. Because, we start to feel unpleasant emotions: anger, fear, stress, maybe traumas...  Our breath changes according to what we feel. Maybe when you are in stress, you hold your breath even realizing what you do. In time, this decreases your open breath capacity, your habitual breathing pattern becomes limited. That means you take your life force energy limited: Peace is limited, Love is limited, Joy is limited, opening yourself to new possibilities which come from the universe is limited, heath is limited. 

 

When you change your breathing pattern and open your breathing, your emotions change, you feel better, vital, energetic, peaceful, happy.  Your mind becomes calmer and a calm mind is a place for every solution. Your body takes more oxygen, which means your cells start to work with full functionality.  You transform the emotions and traumas that have been an effect on forming your limited breath pattern. 

 

The session is 1h. It effects on 3 phases: Physically (your health), Mindfully(you calm your mind and transform the emotional systems that do not serve you anymore), spiritually (at the last part of the session there is a meditation part and you connect with your higher self).

 

The techniques that are used in the session: Active breathing techniques, body mapping (to realizing the blockages on your physical body), voice therapy and affirmations. 

 

The results depend on how much the client let herself/himself open and release. I direct you to open your breath and transform the blockages.
